I asked our original server as she went by for the water jug again, and to also chase up my partners beer. At this point I had to stop eating my pork belly dish. Over 15 minutes passed and no jug of water had been given. I asked a waitress for a jug of tap water as she passed us by, and she said that's fine I will get one. My only criticism of the pork belly dish was that it was incredibly salty. We enjoyed our meals overall and the portions were of a good size. The lady who brought our food took my partners empty beer glass and asked if he wanted another, to which he said he did. I had the pork belly and my partner had the crispy chicken thigh. We received our food not long after the starter had been taken away.
It was at the main course where things started to go wrong. The starter (smoked salmon rolls) was divine and really well presented. The lady gave us fresh bread and olive oil whilst we were waiting for our food to come, which was absolutely delicious. We had our order for food and drinks taken within good time. After a few minutes he took us to a table. to show him the email confirmation on my phone. When we arrived, the waiter couldn't locate our booking and so I had. Therefore we made a reservation for a few days later on the last night of our stay. We had tried to get in a few days before but it was fully booked. Mala Strana (Little Quarter) Restaurants.
